Having been raised on farms in KwaZulu-Natal, Jeremy Williamson learnt to speak Zulu at a young age and developed a love for nature and wildlife. The travel bug bit in his mid-30s when, in the early 1980s, he began taking extended tours of southern Africa, often taking friends and family along for the ride into the wildlife protected areas of South Africa. His wanderlust never abated and his way of life led him to form Far and Wild Safaris.

Keith Marallich is an amateur photographer and experienced tour guide at Far and Wild Safaris, and has been involved in guiding many foreign tourists on more than 360 overland tours in Southern Africa.
