Guided game drives in ‘open’ Safari vehicles are conducted twice daily, early mornings and again in the afternoons into the evening into the Nambiti Game Reserve. Bush breaks in the morning for tea, coffee or hot chocolate, whilst sundowner drinks are offered in the evenings. A knowledgeable guide will make the drives more interesting, whilst he or she searches for the variety of game regularly seen here.
There is a wide diversity of species to be found in the Nambiti Game Reserve. The Big 5, that’s lion, elephant, buffalo, the elusive leopard and both black and white rhino, along with giraffe, zebra, hippo and a number of antelope species, all possible to see well when staying at Nambiti Hills Lodge.

The daily program starts with an early rise, to depart on the morning guided game drive, return for breakfast after which guests may enjoy the ambiance of the Lodge, possibly an in room Spa treatment which are offered as an extra by the Lodge therapist. A visit to the nearby Cheetah rehabilitation project might appeal, or one might want to try fishing in one of the numerous dams in the Nambiti Game Reserve. Then mid afternoon there is high tea followed by the afternoon into the evening drive. Return for dinner, depending on the weather this could be in the elevated Boma, open to a possible amazing canopy of stars. An a la Carte luncheon is available as an extra for those that would like more of the amazing Lodge fare. Normally the three meals provided are adequate.
